Wing Snob started the way most great things do — with a group of friends, a backyard grill, and a stubborn refusal to settle for average. Founder Marcus Webb spent years perfecting his dry-rub and sauce combinations, weekend after weekend, until people started asking him to bottle it up and sell it.
In 2018, Marcus took the leap. With a small commercial kitchen on Kalamazoo Ave SE, a handful of signature sauces, and an unwavering commitment to quality, Wing Snob officially opened its doors to Grand Rapids. The line stretched around the block on day one — and it hasn't stopped since.

Today, Wing Snob serves thousands of satisfied customers each week, offering over 20 signature sauces, from our fan-favorite Honey Gold Blaze to the legendary Inferno X. Every wing is hand-tossed, never frozen, and made with the same passion that started it all.

2018
Marcus Webb launches Wing Snob out of a small commercial kitchen on Kalamazoo Ave SE. Opening day demand exceeded expectations — they sold out in under three hours.
2019
Growing demand led to the opening of the first full-service dine-in location on Kalamazoo Ave. Wing Snob introduces its iconic 20-sauce lineup and online ordering.
2020
Wing Snob launches curbside pickup and a contactless delivery program, keeping the community fed and the team employed during one of the hardest years in restaurant history.
2021
Wing Snob expands into corporate catering and events, quickly becoming the most requested wing caterer in West Michigan for game days, corporate events, and celebrations.
2023
Wing Snob opens its doors to franchise partners, sharing its proven model, recipes, and brand with operators who share the same passion for bold, fresh food.

With over 50,000 customers served, a thriving catering business, and franchise partners coming on board, Wing Snob continues to redefine what wings can be.
